RETURNS POLICY:

Please send an email to customer service support@softwarejones.com for a Return Authorization Form.  Returns will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer at your expense if this form is not included.

Softwarejones.com will accept returns on uninstalled/unopened products within 14 days of purchase date.  Software must be in original packaging and not damaged along with all product key codes.

There is a $10.00 or 10% return processing fee, whichever is greater.  Softwarejones.com is NOT responsible for the return shipping fees unless we are liable due to shipping errors on our part.

Opened product is NOT acceptable unless the product is defective.  Defective software will be replaced for the same exact product that has been purchased.  If that defective product is not available a full credit will be issued back to the customer.

Credits on returns will be issued within 7 days of receiving the product in our warehouse.
